I had a treatment done on my stomach about 2 months ago and i still can not believe my results. I was nervous about having the treatment done but Dr. Mok and his assitant made me feel very comfortable. i even got to watch tv and relax during my treatment. I am very happy my jeans fit better and i feel confident! i went in 5 weeks after my treatment and i had lost 40% of my fat in my lower abs!

Lasers have been used for the removal of unwanted hair by physicians since 1998. Since that time the technology used has dramatically improved and patients, including those with dark skin, are seeing very good and lasting results. Generally laser hair removal is 80% to 90% effective, meaning 90% of hair in the area will likely remain gone. Lasers work by targeting the melanin pigment in your hair follicle and if your skin is more tan than normal, this can have an effect on the laser’s ability to properly target the hair. As the hair follicle absorbs the laser light, this will trigger the hair’s natural resting, or telogen, phase.
